Spacious & Comfortable Sleeping Both bedrooms feature luxurious king beds, cozy sitting chairs, and smart TVs - perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The living room includes a comfortable sleeper sofa, allowing the condo to sleep up to six guests with ease, max permitted is eight however. Fully Stocked Kitchen & Dining The modern kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with solid surface countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook and dine comfortably. Enjoy a dedicated coffee bar stocked with starter premium coffee and tea, along with essential kitchen items including dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, and basic pantry conveniences. A large dining table seats six comfortably for meals or game nights. And a booster seat for your little ones. A Quick Note on Support During Your Stay While the building has an on-site office, it is operated by a third-party management company that oversees a handful of units. For anything related to your stay, your comfort, or your condo, please reach out to us directly at any time. Premier Oasis Rentals is a boutique, independently owned and operated company. We personally manage and care for this home and are always your best point of contact if you need anything at all. We’re here to help and genuinely want your stay to be exceptional. Balcony Safety Please do not hang things over the balcony. You can lose personal belongings, but you can also damage or hurt someone below. Also, the buildings rules prohibit hanging anything on the balcony, which can lead to fines. Thank you! Please do not climb on the balcony, or allow children to climb or stand on furniture… needless to say, nothing good will come from this! Thank you! Quiet Time Quiet time for the building is 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of others and adhere to these times. Thank you! Non-Smoking Grounds This is a non-smoking property, including the condo unit, no smoking on balconies, or anywhere on the grounds. These are strict rules and there can be fines and any smoking in the unit will lead to heavy cleaning fees. Please, no smoking. Thank you! No Pets Allowed on Grounds There are no pets allowed. Again, this is strictly enforced, so please no pets. Thank you! Beach Safety Please pay attention to the beach conditions for your safety. After the Beach Before coming back into the condo, please rinse off and wipe sand from beach chairs, toys, and your body. Sand and salt can damage furniture and flooring over time, so we kindly ask that you avoid sitting on furniture while wet or sandy. These small steps help us keep the home fresh, comfortable, and beautiful for every guest. Thank you! Outdoor rinse stations are available for your convenience near the pool.
